Ted Box, Managing Director of BoxOnline Switzerland, has joined The B6 Group as Vice President and Sr. Consultant tasked with leading the consulting services team in Central and Southern Europe. After 21 years of international success with early stage expansion projects for growing businesses in the high-tech arena, Dr. Box and his staff continue to thrive on converting your vision into a well-planned executable venture. The team use proven methods and processes for growing a Client’s business from one million to fifty million in annual sales revenue while continually increasing your bottom line.

  • Delivered a research report detailing the next big thing in high-tech – an amazing discovery.
  • Produced ‘state of the art’ slide presentations for the CEO of a major high-tech firm so that he could easily deliver an effective message to shareholders and the press.
  • Implemented a new concept in healthcare management with complete IT support and project planning services for a mid-sized hospital in under a year.
  • Completed copy for two business plan executive summaries, one investment memorandum and three corporate websites in under 30 days so that our Client could move their projects forward quickly.
  • Created a brand new corporate image, vision statement, mission statement, tagline / mantra and more for a young startup consisting of highly skilled scientist / engineers so that they can describe their business to potential investors clearly and thoroughly.
  • Supported the launch of a UK based internet start-up into European and Asian markets within a 6 month period – today they are profitable business.
  • Restructured a Swiss management firm operating ten US based – precious metal exploration companies, 4 sales organizations and 3 subsidiaries. Our efforts saved the organization $3.5 million in costs and providing a profitable exit strategy for two of their investments.
  • Assisted in raising $7 million for a European biotechnology company and another $3 million for a gold exploration company within 6 months.
  • Completed process analysis and project management methodology implementation for a Swiss investment firm so that they have access to decision metrics and manageable guidelines for their project management and controlling staff plus a consistent, simple method for training new hires.
  • Optimized the sales process for an online marketing company and increased their revenues by 32% and earnings by 66%.
  • Helped a young startup protect their plan to double their growth within 6 months – and they achieved their goal!
  • Implemented a proprietary process to identify risks, schedule preventative actions and set up a contingency plan for a large organization with a big potential problem. One of seven identified likely causes created a problem for the board of directors. Thanks to our input, the problem was quashed just 2 days after triggering our contingency plan.

Since 1999, Dr. Box and his team have provided consulting services to early stage high-tech startups including BroadVision Inc, Tumbleweed Communications, Webforia Inc, Espotting Media, Pogo UK, Find What Inc, MIVA, Overture Services, Yahoo!, Fantastic Corporation, Tenfore International, Micrognosis, Comit, Thompson Legal & Regulatory Global AG and dozens more. Prior to 1999, Ted Box was a Global Account Manager for AT&T. In addition to post graduate studies in e-commerce, negotiation strategies, neurolinguistics and online marketing, Dr. Box received his business process consulting certification from Kepner Tregoe, earned a Ph.D. in psychology and his MBA after receiving undergraduate degrees in Finance and Marketing from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA. USA.
